Moulded by years of working with both large and small organisations – from corporates to not-for-profits and almost everything in between – my approach to design revolves around collaboration and education. This includes the ability to work with and utilise the full creative potential of existing teams.
This is especially important at a time where many companies are bringing their design, communications and creative services in-house, and when an organisation’s greatest creative assets are increasingly its own staff. Bringing design thinking and creative mentorship to your door, I believe that successful design partnerships involve promoting professional development, where an idea can be worked through in-house and a solution reached with the collaboration of the whole team.
I have worked for clients in the corporate, not-for-profit, entertainment, education and publishing sectors. Working with such a diverse array of stakeholders, I pride myself on helping to ensure that the bonds and communication paths between designers and stakeholders is clear, producing creative outcomes that both educates workforces and benefits organisations. Working together, combining creativity and effective planning, enables teams to become multilateral thinkers, helping to ensure that a successful design outcome is able to be applied and promoted in-house.
